FilingsHQ is a business filing service with one founding idea: you should know exactly what a filing costs before you pay — the state’s fee, our fee (often $0), and every renewal, itemized upfront. No bundled surprises, no fine-print auto-renewals you didn’t see coming.

Why we built this

Forming a business shouldn’t require decoding asterisks. Most filing services advertise low headline prices, then stack pre-checked add-ons and buried renewals into checkout. We built FilingsHQ the opposite way: formation preparation and filing for $0 in service fees, the exact state fee shown before payment, and optional services that are always off by default, always priced with their renewal terms visible.

Behind FilingsHQ is a small team that has started and operated multiple businesses — and has filed these documents ourselves, in multiple states, the hard way.
